Welcome to Ashton-under-Lyne Target Sports Club

Ashton-under-Lyne Target Sports club is primarily focused on increasing grassroots participation and development within Tameside, Greater Manchester and the North West of England for Target Shooting sports, such as 10 metre Sporter Air Rifle, Air Pistol, Target Sprint and Sports Crossbow.

The aim is delivered by primarily focusing on junior, beginner and scouting participation in target sports as well as developing Target Sprint within the North West of England, by hosting events and training sessions. This provides an entry point into the competitive world of target shooting.

The club operates across multiple venues depending on the facilities required for each discipline, such as Schools, Scout camps and buildings, athletic tracks and smallbore shooting clubs.

Typically most competitions that club members and athletes enter fall within British Shooting, International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF), National Smallbore Rifle Association (NSRA) or The Scout Association rules.
